Monthly support groups take place at:

Hamilton - MS Support Group - 1st Thursday in the month

Hamilton - MS Connect - Evening social group - day, activity and location varies

Hamilton - MS Blokes having a beer - day and location varies

Hamilton - Saturday morning MS coffee catch up - walking optional

Te Awamutu - MS Support Group - (quarterly)

Raglan - MS Support Group

HD Carers group - bi-monthly meeting, Hamilton
